All orders are guaranteed to arrive without breakage. If upon delivery the sign does not light, please contact our Customer Service Department within 24 hours.
Due to the nature of the product, there are no returns or exchanges on Neon LED Flex products.

Returns

To be eligible for a return the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in. The item must be in its original packaging.
